PEMANFAATAN GOOGLE FORM SEBAGAI SARANA PENINGKATAN LAYANAN

Abstract

This study aims to produce a service
application that can provide convenience for system
users and reduce the queue that has been happenig. By
using Google Form can be done anywhere with the
terms connected to the internet network. Many
applications are provided by Google and there are still
many who have not utilized the application from
Google Form to the fullest. In this case the services at
AKMI specifically the registration of students' yudisium
and complaints about the learning process provided by
the supporting lecturer, Previously, the service was
carried out in a conventional manner, namely by
having direct meetings with interested parties in the
service. After evaluating the services that have been
provided so far it is considered ineffective, so it is
necessary to innovate services. Of course, in order to
provide better services in the future. The method used
is a system development method that aims to improve
and streamline the conventional system that has been
used. Through this research, a judicial registration
service is produced, and a student complaint service
for lecturers regarding the teaching and learning
process provided by all supporting lecturers in AKMI
Baturaja.
