PENILAIAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN MAHASISWA MENGGUNAKAN SPSS DAN GOOGLE FORM

Abstract

The existence of students at College can be likened to the existence of customers for companies, if customers are reduced, profits will decrease. Likewise with students at College, if students decrease, it will have an impact on the development of the College. One effort to retain customers is to improve the quality of service so that customers feel satisfied. Measuring the level of satisfaction can be done with data collection instruments through questionnaires. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with existing services at Mahakarya Asia University, by creating a questionnaire that is implemented on a google form using a Likert scale and testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire instrument. The questionnaire was tested on fifty respondents randomly before being distributed to all students with 3 indicators containing 28 statements. The results of the instrument testing were stated to be valid and reliable, and the majority of the trial respondents stated that they were quite satisfied with the existing services.
